1. Is it safe to buy from your internet website?

2. Why are your wedding dresses such good value compared with other outlets?
The Wedding & Bridal Boutique is a first line distributor and retailer meaning that we take delivery of our range of dresses directly from the manufacturer and minimise our overheads by marketing principally through this online store. This means we cut out third party resellers and can pass the savings directly to our customers buying through the website. We want to offer our customers high quality wedding dresses and accessories but at a price that wont break your budget!

3. How long will my dress take to be delivered?
All dresses are made to your order and, therefore, can take up to 6 weeks for delivery. We always advise customers to allow plenty of time to arrange any possible alterations that may be necessary and so recommend you order at least four months prior to you wedding day.

4. Is my delivery insured?
Yes, all our products are insured when in transit to you. In the rare event or any product failing to arrive or being damaged during transit, you are fully covered.

5. Can you offer earlier delivery
Early deliveries may be possible, depending upon current demands, but always contact us first before placing your order and we will confirm likely delivery dates.

6. Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Yes, we can deliver to anywhere in the world, please see our Delivery and Returns page for more information and delivery charges.

7. Do you package my wedding dress discreetly?
Yes, all our products are discreetly to make sure that they reach you as safely as possible.

8. Is there a restocking fee?
No, we do not charge a restocking fee provided that the product is returned to us within 14 days and in the same condition it was mailed to you. See our Returns Information for more details

9. How many colours can I choose from?
Our wedding dress standard colour choices include champagne, ivory, pink and, of course, white. Our Bridesmail and Special Occasion Dresses are available in a selection of colours. See our Dress Colour Chart for more details.

10. What sizes do you offer
We offer a range of sizes in all dresses whether it be for the flower girl, bridesmaid or the bride herself including plus size wedding dresses. All sizes are displayed in UK, US and European sizes with measurments in both cm and inches so there is no confusion. See our Dress Size Chart for more details.

11. Can you offer custom size dresses that are made to measure?
Yes! for a small fee of £35 we can tailor any dresses we offer to your exact measurments, to find out how to measure yourself accurately please take a look at our Measuring Guide. As soon as you place an order with us send us your measurements and we will contact you to take payment for the custom sizing.

12. What if I want to change for another dress?
All standard size dresses come with our 14 day return and refund guarantee meaning that if you are not totally satisfied with your choice, you may return the dress to us for a full refund or exchange. Please be aware that this guarantee can extend strictly to 14 days and the product must be returned in the same condition, unaltered, to our UK offices. Custom sized, made to measure dresses are non returnable and non refundable. See our Returns Information for more details

13. Is there somewhere I can try before buying?
At present our dresses are only available through our website but we are in the process of launching new UK retail outlets. Keep an eye on this website for more news soon.

14 What payment methods are available?
To ensure security all payments are proccesed through PayPal who are our payment provider. PayPal process transactions on out behalf through their secure and encrypted site. Through PayPal we can accept Credit / Debit cards and PayPal money transfers. If you dont have a PayPal account and want to pay with a card then dont worry you can still pay us through PayPal without having or needing to setup an account.

15. Do I have to pay import duties or VAT on top of the asking price?
No, if you are a UK resident, there are no hidden charges, you choose your dress at the price displayed and then you only have to consider the delivery charges which vary depending on what you order. Customers wanting deliveries outside of the UK should enquire about any possible import taxes from their local authorities.

16. Am I covered by UK consumer laws?
Yes, as well as our 14 day return and refund guarantee you are fully covered by UK Consumer laws. Please note that custom sized, made to measure dresses can not be returned or refunded.
