Postage Services:
All items are sent via a fully insured service to the value of the order.
The majority of orders posted to addresses in the UK are sent via the Royal Mail's Recorded service and most items are delivered within 2-5 working days from date of dispatch.
High value orders are generally sent via the Royal Mail Special Delivery and therefore are guaranteed by the post office to arrive the next day after dispatch. Please note however that sometimes orders may be sent via a courier service with varying delivery lead times.
Large objects are generally dispatched as a standard parcel (for example umbrellas) or via parcel force and can take 3-7 days for delivery.
International orders will be dispatched via the most appropriate royal mail / courier service that we choose and the lead times for delivery may vary.
We cannot take responsibility for delivery to PO Box addresses and cannot offer refund or replacement for any goods that are lost in transit.
If you are unsure about the delivery lead-time for any products then please don't hesitate to contact us. In certain cicumstances we may be able to upgrade the delivery service (prior to dispatch) with a view to getting your order to you sooner (fees apply).
Customs Charges and Import Tax
All our products are shipped from the UK therefore no customs charges or import taxes are payable on orders for delivery within the UK.
If your order is for delivery outside of the UK then these charges may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
