Postage Services:
All dresses are sent via the Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service and fully insured to the value of the order. Special Delivery orders are guaranteed by the post office to arrive the next day after dispatch
The majority of wedding accessories posted to addresses in the UK are sent via the Royal Mail's First Class Recorded service. Although most items are delivered within 5 working days from date of dispatch, your package may take a further 15 working days to arrive.
We cannot take responsibility for delivery to PO Box addresses and cannot offer refund or replacement for any goods that are lost in transit.
Customs Charges and Import Tax
All our products are shipped from the UK therefore no customs charges or import taxes are payable on orders for delivery within the UK.
If your order is for delivery outside of the UK then these charges may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
