Please be aware that this guarantee extends strictly to 14 days and goods must be returned to our UK offices, unaltered and in the same condition that you received them in. Upon returning your products and meeting these requirements we will process a full refund less the postage costs and any rush order / custom size fees that may have been applied to the order.
